Terms & Conditions for Consultation Calls

Introduction

Our consultations are designed to provide guidance and insights into the creation and use of children’s toys. It is important to note that the information provided during these consultations is for informational and brainstorming purposes only. We do not provide legal advice, and our consultations are not a substitute for professional legal or business advice. By scheduling and participating in our consultation calls, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot be held liable for any decisions made by you or your business based on the information or suggestions provided during the consultation calls. We do not guarantee the success or outcome of your toy development endeavors, and any decisions you make are at your own risk.

3. Payment and Fees

a. Consultation Fee: Our consultation fee is based on the duration of the consultation session. Payment is required at the time of scheduling.

b. Non-Refundable Deposit: Each consultation appointment requires a 30% non-refundable deposit. This means that when you schedule a consultation, you'll need to pay 30% of the appointment fee upfront, and this amount is not refundable.

c. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel a consultation appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will incur a cancellation fee. This fee will total the remaining 70% of the appointment fee. In other words, you'll be charged the full cost of the appointment if you cancel within this 24-hour window.

4. Efficient Management

These payment policies are in place to ensure that consultation appointments are efficiently managed, and to compensate for the time and resources allocated to these services.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the consultation calls to third parties.

6. No Legal Advice

It is important to reiterate that we do not provide legal advice. If you require legal counsel, we recommend consulting with a qualified attorney.

7. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling a consultation appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
